The IWCC as the World Governing Body for Wheelchair Cricket has immediate and long-term ambition to promote the sport wheelchair cricket in Americas, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Europe; and at the same time empower people living with disabilities in the world’s through sports and wellness programs. We will continue our work towards a competitive and entertaining wheelchair cricket for differently able players. IWCC will promote wheelchair cricket by delivering exciting and engaging global events while building long-term successful commercial partnerships.

Raghu Kumar Raghavelu is from Bangalore India who has been working for the empowerment of people living with disabilities with a focus on wheelchair users and lower limb disabilities from 1994.
As the Secretary General of IWCC Raghu Kumar R has been working developmental activities in Asia, Africa and Europe promoting Wheelchair Cricket and wellness among people living with disabilities,
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Manish Nagardas Patel started his journey of Wheelchair Cricket in the year 2017. After playing Wheelchair Cricket, he founded the IWCC International Wheelchair Cricket Council registered under Indian Law with its headquarters based at California, USA.
Chaminda Fernando is from Colombo, Srilanka and the member of the Srilankan Cricket Board. He has been working for the empowerment of people living with disabilities with a focus on wheelchair users and lower limb disabilities from 2004.
As the Technical Director of IWCC Chaminda Fernando has been working in developmental activities in Asia promoting Wheelchair Cricket and wellness among people living with disabilities,
Deepak Koirala is from Kathmandu, Nepal and the Joint Secretary of the IWCC. He is also the present President of the Nepal Paralympic Committee.
Shri. Deepak Koirala has been serving the people living with disabilities in Nepal for the past 2 decades.
