Manish Nagardas Patel started his journey of Wheelchair Cricket in the year 2017. After playing Wheelchair Cricket, he founded the IWCC International Wheelchair Cricket Council registered under Indian Law with its headquarters based at California, USA.

Chaminda Fernando is from Colombo, Srilanka and the member of the Srilankan Cricket Board. He has been working for the empowerment of people living with disabilities with a focus on wheelchair users and lower limb disabilities from 2004.

Deepak Koirala is from Kathmandu, Nepal and the Joint Secretary of the IWCC. He is the former President of the Nepal Paralympic Committee. Shri. Deepak Koirala has been serving the people living with disabilities in Nepal for the past 2 decades.
